In-Salon Training

If you want to take your salon to the next level and provide your stylists with continual development opportunities, contact Tina for a personalised programme. Tina will work with your stylists in a group setting, collectively lifting up the salon and ensuring they are all benefitting from the same information and training. By ensuring all stylists are given the same tools & knowledge they can continue to encourage and guide each other moving forwards. This creates a great team environment that works positively together. Generally, Tina will perform a demonstration in the mornings and in the afternoons students will a partake in a workshop where Tina will guide them step-by-step, providing immediate constructive feedback and advice. Preferably the training should be conducted on live models and not on doll heads or wig blocks. As with One-to-One courses the course content can be tailored to your salon’s specific requirements.
